You oversee and delegate electrical, thermal and mechanical calculations, define related test programs and manage the engineering budget for products, testing and engineering work. In this role, you act as the main technical liaison throughout the project, collaborate with production experts, evaluate risks and opportunities and secure compliance with all technical and contractual requirements. You will also work closely with other Project Engineers to align methods and best practices across projects.</span></p><p><br><span>Your responsibilities will include:</span></p><ul><li><span>Guiding the technical aspects of the project and managing engineering execution</span></li><li><span>Designing high‑quality, cost‑efficient cable systems aligned with customer and industry requirements</span></li><li><span>Organizing, delegating and supervising electrical, thermal and mechanical calculations and related test programs</span></li><li><span>Monitoring and executing the engineering budget for products, testing and engineering work</span></li><li><span>Acting as the technical liaison to customers and ensuring compliance with all contract specifications</span></li></ul><p><br><span>The position is based in Karlskrona or Malmö, with occasional travel depending on project needs.</span></p><p><br><strong><span>Engineer focused on precision, leadership and technical excellence</span></strong><br><span>We are looking for an engineer who demonstrates initiative and is detail‑oriented, with a solid technical foundation and the ability to organize and structure complex engineering tasks. You plan your own work effectively and are meticulous in collecting, analyzing and presenting technical data.
